After a disaster, pay relief suppliers only for what really arrived.

Relief money moves fast, and that's when bills for missing or double-counted supplies get paid. Calm After the Storm ties every payment to a counted delivery and a real bank record.

01

Count what arrived

A verifier who doesn't work for the supplier records how much of each delivery arrived, even with no signal on site.

02

Pay only for that

A bill is paid through the Capital One Nessie sandbox only for counted supplies, and the bank record is read back before it shows as paid.

03

Refuse the rest

A bill for more than arrived, or for the same delivery twice, is refused, with the reason on screen.

Synthetic scenarioCapital One Nessie sandbox

Fictional organizations and people. Payments are recorded in a banking sandbox; no real money moves.
